What Are Retrospectives?

An Agile retrospective is a meeting that's held at the end of an iteration in Agile software development. During the retrospective, the team reflects on what happened in the iteration and identifies actions for improvement going forward.

How Razroo Does Retrospectives

  1. We instead have a Google doc copy that is sent to people individually.
  2. The tech lead then aggregates those and then sends them back to people individually.
  3. Team members are then able to offer solutions.
  4. Tech lead then assesses solutions and based on team feedback team improves on processes.

When Does Razroo Do Retrospectives

Razroo does retrospectives on the first business day after or on the 15th of the month.

Why Razroo Does Retrospectives

We do Razroo retrospectives because retrospectives are important. While 1-1's are valuable it's also really important for people to be able to voice their opinions about the company as a whole. I personally experienced the pain of not being able to do so, and I want to make sure that others do not experience that.

More importantly, get to experience a company and product that is meaningful. In addition, a work experience tailored to their liking.
